Parking Lot Guide

Direct cars where to park. The nursing home parking lot is relatively small, so many people may need to park at the nearby Champaign County Annex parking lot. This opportunity is needed from 8:30 am to 10:00 am.

Registrar

Take people's names and count of participants and answer questions about the day's events. This opportunity is needed from 8:45 am to 10:00 am.

​

Contest Judge

Review and score costumes, wagons, carriages, or floats for theme decoration. This opportunity is needed from 9:00 am to 9:45 am.

Games Supervisor

Supervise a game. Hand out prizes to children. This opportunity is needed from 8:45 am to 10:00 am.

Flag Distributor

Hand out flags to parade participants for them to hand out to residents. Initially hand out flags outside of the nursing home, or follow along parade route to reload participants as they hand flags out.
